Jill Hardy

Jill loves the company of others, is genuinely curious about people, and truly enjoys connecting. After studying photography at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in New York, she began her career as a photojournalist in the Middle East and Africa. She then moved to Kyoto, Japan, to teach English and photograph aesthetic gardening. Back in the US, this led to a career in marketing, where she honed her skills in the art museum world and served as head of marketing in the high-end construction industry.

Jill has collaborated with brands such as Patagonia and Filson, and secured media coverage in Architectural Digest, Fine Homebuilding, Dwell, and Sunset, among others. Throughout her career, Jill has enjoyed teaching, including graduate and undergraduate courses at the University of Washington.

Jill believes that light attracts light. And marketing at its best should elevate and inspire. She takes an inquiry-based approach to clients and practices deep listening to understand and distinguish differentiators. She excels at synthesizing visuals and words to elevate and amplify brands and ultimately increase business. Oh, and she makes it fun. Here, you’re in good company.

Beth Hardy

A true brand-builder, Beth has more than 20 years of experience growing successful national, regional, and local brands across diverse industries. She spent her career creating brand identities from scratch, refreshing transitioning brands, establishing strategic, data-driven marketing plans, and building loyal audiences. Having worn nearly every hat within the marketing and communications practice, Beth offers the unique ability to assess a brand from a 10,000-foot view, identify its strengths and opportunities, and develop and execute a strategic and thoughtful plan of action.

Beth began her career on the agency side, working with clients in various industries, from professional sporting events to healthcare to restaurants. After eight years, she moved client-side for a fast-growing restaurant brand. She created a home in the industry for 13 years, advancing to VP of Marketing for one of North America's largest fast-casual restaurant platforms, with nearly 800 units across two brands. There, she led extensive brand strategy, launched hundreds of new products, opened locations across the country, developed digital advertising strategies, established marketing and communications plans, and tested, learned, and tested some more.

Working with clients again is a truly full-circle moment for Beth, who finds tremendous satisfaction in supporting amazing brands as they fulfill their goals and dreams.
